2. Revenue Share Structure

2.1 Standard Revenue Share: The standard revenue share for instructors is 65% of the net revenue generated from course sales on the platform.

2.2 Promotional Discounts: Instructors will receive 65% of net revenue when their courses are sold during platform-wide promotional discounts or bundled offers.

2.3 Refunds: Instructors will not receive a revenue share for refunds provided to students for their courses. The refund amount will be deducted from the instructor’s earnings.

3. Payouts

3.1 Payment Schedule: Payouts to instructors are made on a monthly basis, typically the last date of each month.

3.2 Minimum Threshold: To receive a payout, an instructor’s earnings must meet or exceed $100.

3.3 Payment Method: Instructors can choose their preferred payment method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other supported methods.

4. Revenue Calculation

4.1 Net Revenue: Net revenue is calculated as the total revenue generated from course sales minus applicable taxes, service fees, payment processing fees, and any refunds.

5. Promotions and Discounts

5.1 Platform-wide Promotions: Instructors are encouraged to participate in platform-wide promotional events, and revenue share percentages may be adjusted for courses included in these promotions.

5.2 Custom Promotions: Instructors may have the option to create their own promotional discounts for their courses, with earnings adjusted accordingly during the promotional period.

6. Taxation

6.1 Tax Withholding: Instructors are responsible for paying any taxes on their earnings as required by their local tax authorities. We do not withhold taxes on behalf of instructors.

7. Termination

Instructors who violate our policies or terms may have their instructor accounts terminated or suspended, which may affect their earnings.

8. Changes to Revenue Share Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Revenue Share Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to instructors and will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
